Audrey reading a story to LJ

Audrey attempting to drag LJ around the house like Dad does

josiah

I need to get one with him playing with toys. He is beginning to figure out his hands and seems to be much happier these days.

the "heart dress"

Audrey's favorite dress that Aunt Peggy made...however, since she's growing like a weed she now wears it as a shirt.

Josiah's First PB & J

LJ was so nice and shared his sandwich with his brother. The other day, he gave his sippy cup full of tea to Josiah and he guzzled a ton before I noticed it...oops!

6 kids at the park

Ethan and Ben playing with sand in their fort.

LJ having way too much fun on the swing.

Audrey climbing on up to their "house".
Ben posing for Kevin...I think those are his "peace" fingers ;-)

Not a very good picture of Ethan, but he did have fun that day!

Ben and Me going on the slide.

Audrey insisting on Jonah's help on the way up the rock wall (he was a good sport and a perfect gentleman).

The Handsomest Johnson boys...EVER! (sorry, Louise, Charity and Kay!)

Ethan and Ben sliding down the long cement slide. LJ eagerly awaiting his turn.
Audrey and Jonah on their way down the slide.

The other Monday, Kevin and I decided to go to the parks and bring along a few of LJ's and Audrey's friends. We had a blast and it looked like a clown car with 5 kids making a fast break for the playground when the car stopped ;-) Thanks to you all for letting us steal your kids away for a fun afternoon.

Flying into Nets

This one's crazy high and then you drop a little before you catch and zip down into a net.

Crash Landings

Kevin insisted on getting one of my fancy landings on video!

Date Day...Forest Adventure Park!!

So, we got a sitter and had our own adventure. It was a TON of fun. Yeah, for not being pregnant!!! The youth kids got to come here in August and I had to wait until after delivery. We had a blast!!
This was the mini-test run zip line! We were instructed to latch in, jump off,and scream...I was just following directions!

Flying into a rope net! Beautiful View of Okinawa It started to rain, but that didn't keep Kevin, Mike, Nate or me from doing everything again. Once you go through the mini-test course and prove that you know how to safely manuver from obstacle to obstacle and zip line to zip line, then you are off to venture on your own!! It was AWESOME!! Here is Kevin zipping across!

The Genius Johnsons?!

Okay, so I went to the park today and the kids had a blast, but they made me laugh so hard. I often hear how everyone refers to their kids as being a genius and I'm just praying that our kids will at the very least be average...here is why:

Audrey is going around chasing the "chickens" no matter how many times I told her that they weren't chickens but pigeons. So, there my child goes yelling, "chicken, come here". LJ on the other hand kept pointing to those "chickens" saying, "fish, mom, see fish". Then as he walks along the pond area and sees little fish swimming by he yells, "SHARK!" at the top of his lungs!! All I could do is laugh.

At times like this I am thankful for the language barrier, all the Japanese people thought my kids were adoreable, I just hope that they weren't attempting to learn a few new words in English ;-)
