For Our Entertainment...and Yours!!

This cracked us up and we thought you might it enjoy it, too!! Sometimes children can be so entertaining and us parents can be so mean!!!!

The Jato!

Finally, we get some footage online so you can check it out! Sorry, Brian and Alan, that it took so long!

Kev's New RC Car - The Jato!

Here it is...Kev's new favorite hobby!! He loves racing this thing around. It does have a cover, but putting it on and off wastes time. So, it usually goes coverless. The kids love watching it go and chasing it all around!

Being Weirdos

So, people in Japan really do wear these kinds of helmets (and goggles) when riding their scooters around. Quite the fashion statement, huh?! We took those pictures the same day we went ice skating. That rink is the coolest place in Okinawa. I'm going to make it a point to go back during the summer time ;-)

Neo Park

Here are some pictures of a really cool zoo that we went to up north. It was unlike any place we had ever been. All the animals (mainly birds) were right there. They would eat out of your hands. There were lemurs all over the place and they would even jump up on your shoulders if you would let them. We had a great time checking out the creatures. My favorite part was the toucan. I'd never seen one for real, only on the Toucan Sam commercials.

Petting Zoo!

The kids went crazy here. They got to feed the rabbits, guinea pigs, goats and even walk the dogs!!! They had a blast!!!

The Coolest Turtle Ever!!

We got to touch it, feed it and LJ and Audrey even got to ride it. However, I took the video in the wrong direction so I couldn't post it. This was Kevin's favorite part of the entire zoo!!!

Katie's Week @ Camp

I had the opportunity to join 2 of the youth from our church along with 26 other students from a local church for a week long camp at Eco Park. The camp was beautiful!!! We had a ton of fun. The kids were challenged both physically and spiritually. As you can see I tackled the high ropes course. It was awesome!! It was the biggest adventure ropes course I had ever seen and our leader said we only did 1% of the activities that they have to offer.

Kev's Week On the Range

Kevin had the opportunity to instruct a whole bunch of guys for an entire week on all the fundamentals of shooting. He seemed to of had a good time. There was even one day when they got to fire off a ton of rounds using all different types of guns. The guys learned lots and enjoyed their week long adventure out on the range.

Easter Outfits

LJ is wearing and an outfit Uncle Danny bought him for his birthday and Audrey is sporting a very "pretty" dress that Mom-mom got her. Although, Audrey insisted on wearing it when she pulled it out of the package and everyday afterwards, she was quite upset on Sunday morning when I told her she could finally wear it. (I think I've got a teenage girl on my hands all ready). LJ was upset that I took his morning bottle away for the picture...go figure!

Fun With Easter Eggs

Audrey and LJ sure had a blast dying eggs this year. LJ was REALLY into it. He crashed and smashed the eggs on top of each other and sent splashes of colored water everywhere! However, he didn't like it all that much when the vinegar got in his eyes or in his mouth. It was fun watching them make a mess!
