Christmas part 5 (or something like that)

The one thing nice about things sometimes taking forever to arrive via the US postal system is that we get to spread the fun of Christmas for months. We just received a package that arrived on the island on Dec 21st. It must have gotten misplaced in the storeroom for awhile. However, I'm convinced that they kept it because it smelled so good. The cinnamon hand soap was so fragrant that it made my car smell delicious on the way home. The kids enjoyed all the thoughtful homemade gifts. Thanks, Auntie Charity, Uncle Alan, Kaylynn, Jeremie, Kalli, and Cami for all the fun stuff!!

Wrestling.

Wrestling! The kids so love trying to tackle Kevin down to the ground. I often sit back and watch and think of how much I enjoyed doing the same thing to my Dad when I was little. Things don't change much over the years.

Bowling Bombs

Titus and Josiah are all into bowling. Josiah often comes up to me asks to play "bowling bombs" with him. They don't quite have the concept, but they love it!!

Cherry Blossoms

It's that time of year! Time for Sakura (aka Cherry Blossoms) We went up north to see them. We visited a castle ruin sight. The flowers weren't in the best of bloom, we were a little too late. With cold weather, they were wilting fast!

Audrey climbing up the stiars towards the castle.

Titus loved these two rocks. He thought he was so cool because he could "climb" up them.

Climbing way up high and looking out!

Exploring all over the place!
Josiah was a grump and would barley leave my side. Here we are meandering around.

LJ is all into making silly faces in his pictures.

LJ took this picture...Audrey and I weren't ready!
Looking out and one of the highest points of the castle.
Our kiddos!

McDonalds

One of our kids favorite places to eat when we are out having fun as a family. However, there are some major differences between here and the states. For instance, this is their medium size...equivalent to a stateside small.

And I don't know if they have this promotion going on in the states, but each month they are introducing a new burger from a different state.

Kevin got caught by marketing and had to try it out! Here is the Idaho burger...complete with hashbrown and special mustar/relish sauce.

Bible Characters

One of Josiah's favorite things are his newly acquired Bible characters. You should see what these guys can do. Fly, fight and be crazy!!
Thanks, Grandma Kay and Pappa Les!!

Thanks, Mom-mom and Boppa

Audrey is in high heaven with her new mic. She quickly decorated it and constantly sings with the thing. Plus, the tape/book combo is a huge hit. She enjoys independently "reading" her books.

Latest Gizmo

Thanks to Aunt Louise and Uncle Brian we are the excited owners of a Kinect. Here LJ is partaking in the fun. It's a pretty crazy concept, but a ton of fun to play.

A HUGE Thanks!!!

neighbor's cat

Audrey and LJ asked to use the camera to take a picture of their favorite cat. We watched this one grow from a baby kitten. The kids love it!
