Valentine's Day Banquet

The church hosted a couples banquet on valentine's day. When Josiah woke up feverish in the morning I thought for sure that there went our chance on going (I was going to drop my kids at the church to babysat by our awesome youth who are trying to raise money for an upcoming mission trip). However, I was blessed by Keiko-san when she offered her services at my house. Kevin and I got to dress up and go out and it was SO nice, especially after being home all week with sick kids. Now getting a picture of us was a chore and LJ insisted that Dad wear his cape and bring his red rope just incase he needed to do some flying and rescue someone.

Audrey's attempt:

LJ's attempt:

Keiko-san...ya, for an adult!

At the banquet:

Wonder Museum

No better way to spend a rainy day than at the Children's Wonder Museum inside the zoo. I finally broke down and bought a year pass for myself so that we can go whenever. Now, that Audrey's 4 I have start paying admission for her, too...bummer! Here are some of the fun things you can do.

Become different Animals..their favorite was the elephant.

I liked the frog!

Lay around while your family has all the fun!

Feed the animals! They had these cool tracks that you could roll a ball into the animals' mouths.

Play around

Draw a crowd...the Japanese school girls seem to love Titus!

Boys & their Daddy

Josiah and the Bathtub

It seems like everyone of my children had to learn this lesson the hard way. Josiah LOVES taking a bath and bugging his brother and sister when they take their's...however, we discovered that he isn't so keen on the idea of taking a bath with his clothes on. Go figure!

LJ & Titus

These two are the best of buds! LJ and Titus are the first ones to wake up in the morning and they thoroughly enjoy their time together. LJ will sing and talk to him and whenever Titus cries, LJ is the first one there trying soothe him.

Coloring

Coloring at the kitchen table.

This is what usually happens when Josiah gets ahold of the markers.

Visiting Halleluyah

One of the youth, Halleluyah, who has been battling cancer had to go into the hospital for, yet, another chemo treatment. He gets really bored waiting for his immune system to build back up and really bummed when he misses church. So, we thought we would bring church to him. All the youth sported the fashionable mask as we bombarded his room.

Here we are waiting for the elevator.

In the Elevator

Walking in stealth mode to his room.

Breaking bread..err...pizza...in his room.

Halleluyah ended up wearing his mask so we could take ours off =) There went Jaci's doctor's costume =) After dinner we worshiped and looked into the beginning of Revalation chapter 4 and the rapture. It was a quick, but fun, visit. Please pray that the Lord will continue to heal his body of cancer.

Josiah and Titus

The other evening Kevin was gone, he went bowling with LJ because he kept his diaper dry 10 nights. Kevin usually hold Titus during the evening (it's his most needy time of day), well, with him gone, Titus was on his own to fend for himself. However, Josiah really wanted to console him. He tried crawling in his little chair and giving him balls, kisses and hugs.

Josiah and the camera

Whenever I get the camera out to take a picture of something funny or cute that Josiah is doing this is what ends up happening...He just attacks me and goes for the camera. Needless to say, I usually miss the Kodak momment.

Titus

Audrey is a great helper and is always willing to hold Titus. Although, she never lasts more than a couple of minutes.

Titus enjoying some time on the floor, without Josiah pestering him.
